Do you ship beer directly to consumers outside of Wisconsin?
Due to strict state and federal regulations, we do not ship our beer directly to consumers. New Glarus Brewing products are exclusively available for purchase at licensed retailers within the state of Wisconsin.
Can I purchase brewery-exclusive merchandise online?
Yes! While we cannot ship beer, our online gift shop offers a wide variety of apparel, glassware, and accessories that can be shipped to addresses across the United States.
What is the shelf life of Spotted Cow and other year-round brews?
To ensure the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our beers within 120 days of the bottling date. Always store your beer in a cool, dark place to maintain its quality.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our beers are vegan-friendly as they are brewed using water, malt, hops, and yeast. However, certain specialty or fruit ales may occasionally use lactose or honey; please check the specific product label for ingredient details.
What is your return policy for merchandise?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sales of food items and glassware are final unless the product arrives damaged.
Do you offer brewery tours and tastings?
We offer self-guided tours at our Hilltop brewery in New Glarus. Tastings are available at our Hard Hat and Tasting Room bars during regular business hours. No reservations are required for small groups.
